We really enjoyed ourselves at St Werburgh’s on Thursday 4th December, taking part in Freedom From Torture’s annual Winter Concert.

We shared the bill with pianist Matt Whitham, soprano Celia McGoldrick, the Bernstein Clarinet Quintet, and The Manchester College Choir.  There was a really good turn out of choir members, and we sang to a full house.

We’ve since heard that they raised a record-breaking £730 for Freedom From Torture!

“Thanks to you and the Choir for supporting us last week and your great performance. I got really positive feedback about your choir and a couple of people said they really liked the diversity of the songs you sang.” Alice Nicolay (FFT Manchester)
