Welcome to Manchester Community Choir. We hope you enjoy having a look around our website and learning a little about us.

Join us, hear us or book us!

Perhaps you would like to join the choir?  We open registration soon for new members to start in September 2019. Watch this space!

We need more sopranos, tenors and basses. Our alto section is already really full, but you’re welcome to try soprano or tenor instead. Full details of how to join are HERE

Perhaps you’d like to come and hear us sing or book us to sing for you at an event. In the last year we have sung at several fundraisers, the Street Choirs festival in Brighton, the International Music Eisteddfod in Llangollen, the unveiling of the Emmeline Pankhurst statue, plus many more local events.

This year we’re hosting the Street Choirs Festival!

The annual Street Choirs Festival is coming to Manchester on the weekend of 12th-14th July 2019, hosted by Manchester Community Choir. 50 choirs and 1,000 singers will spend the weekend being Inspired by Singing together – details here

Even if you are not coming as a singer to this wonderful event, then you can hear the choirs singing in central Manchester on the afternoon of Saturday 13th July. Click here to find locations and timings.

Also, if you’d like to be a volunteer steward to help us to give our singing guests a proper Manchester welcome, then click here  to see how you can get involved.

Here’s Manchester Community Choir singing the Pankhurst Anthem at Manchester Arrt Gallery. There are many more videos on our YouTube channel: here’s our full playlist.
